Exercise is one of the best ways to get yourself out of a slump, and swimming is one of the best forms of workout, especially as it comes with so many benefits. Not only can you help manage stress and anxiety through setting your mind free of the winter blues, but you can also strengthen your heart and lungs, lower your blood pressure, and improve your sleep!

Malcolm and the team at Lyme Bay Swimming have years of experience when it comes to swimming coaching in both pools and open water, so if you feel you need a helping hand when starting your swimming journey, they’ve got the expertise, patience and friendliness you need! You can set up private sessions and 1:1 coaching with one of the team and can talk through how they can help tailor your journey to your needs – whether it’s just a confidence boost as you get to grips with the strokes, or feel like you need a push to get you to the next level!
